BLOOD-SWEAT "crush" FEARS

Everyone deals with "Fear" regardless of who you are.  Two things that can make a big difference is the "BLOOD" and "SWEAT"  When I reference "blood" this is the blood that was shed by J.Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. When you realize that you have JC on your side, you can face that fear with courage!  The other thing is the "sweat" and to me that is cultivating the discipline of pushing your body using some type of intesnse physical training. When you are testing your limits and feel the pain but choose to keep pushing past it, that is what helps to train your mind to also push past other challenges or fears that come into your life!
